What does a grooming include?

For pets that get haircuts, a grooming includes a thorough bathing, blow & hand drying, individual styling by your pet’s personal groomer, nails clipped & ears cleaned. If you like a little extra flair, bows or bandana included!

Pets that just need bathing, either regularly or between groomings, get the same thorough bathing & brushing, blow & hand drying, nails clipped & ears cleaned, bow(s) or bandana. Face & feet trimmed if needed.

Also, during grooming we inspect eyes, ears, mouths, skin condition, etc. & will let you know if we find anything that may need veterinary attention.

For our regular grooming & bathing clients with more difficult coats to maintain, we also offer “between grooming brushing & conditioning” that can be done once or twice between scheduled groomings to keep coats in optimum condition. Depending on the coat, a nominal charge of approximately $5 - $10 would apply.

SPA Comfort Shampoo $6 - $8

Calming aromatherapy, soothes dry irritated skin.

Coconut derived cleanser with just the right combination of plant extracts, essential oils, soothing oatmeal & calming lavender.

Oatmeal Conditioning Shampoo $6

For allergy itch relief this is a coconut based shampoo with oat proteins, vitamins A,D&E, a blend of cherry & botanical extracts, almond oil & skin & coat conditioners & moisturizers.

Fast-Acting Shampoo $6

Formulated without insecticides, this is a non-toxic, pH balanced, coconut based shampoo fortified with essential oils of Pennyroyal, Lemongrass & Lavender that can be used with spot-on insecticide products. Safe, quick & effective..

Hypoallergenic Shampoo $6

Extra mild & tearless, contains no fragrances, dyes, soaps or other allergy producing ingredients. Pure & emollient rich.

Whitening Shampoo $6

Enhances white & light coats with coconut, almond oil, vitamin E & optical brighteners. No bleach, peroxide, alcohol or animal by-products.

Nail Polish $10

Your choice of color to compliment bows or bandana.

Furminator Shed-Less Treatment $15 - $25 (depending on coat & size of dog)

Within one to two treatments has been proven to reduce shedding up to 90%! Includes Furminator deShedding shampoo, application of all-natural Furminator deShedding solution to help loosen undercoat, high velocity drying & thorough brushing to eliminate excess coat, & use of the Furminator deShedding tool to extract the shedding undercoat & remaining loose hair.

Teeth Brushing $8

For maintenance of dental health, a thorough brushing with specialty pet toothbrush & paste. Will recommend professional veterinary teeth cleaning if needed.

Anal Gland Expressing $8

Not necessary for all dogs, but excessive “butt scooting” or licking can be an indication that glands should be expressed to avoid future problems.

Nail Grinding $5 (with grooming)

Smoothes & shortens the nails after clipping & over time can reduce length of quick.
